This was an interesting experience for me. By attempting to recreate Van Gogh’s “Bedroom in Arles” I felt a strong connection with him, like I was entering his intimate space, making it my own. It was inexplicably impactful. I know my version alters his dimensions and proportions, but it was a fun drawing. And I gave him some tulips to enjoy!
